Do I have to order online?
Well, we hope you will find it easy and convenient. But there are situations when you are placing a large or complex order where it is just easier to send it via email - and that's fine, we are happy to
Do I need a new login and password?
Yes, our current order-processing software is no longer connected to the internet. Your transactions via the website will be separate from our in-house system, but you will hopefully find the enhanced features and security worth the effort of creating a new account.
How do I find my products?
You can go to the Product Menu and select "Your Store". This will take you to a search area where you can look under your company/organization's name. The search icon is also available on the top menu bar on all pages, so you can access it everywhere.
What if my product is missing?
We still have all the information for all your custom products, and we are in the ongoing process of adding them to the new platform. If you would like to have any of your items added or removed, just contact us below, and we will give it our immediate attention.
What about my account?
If you currently have a corporate account with us we will work to establish reestablish that within Shopify - for now we can only process paid orders online.
What if I don't see what I am looking for?
Chances are we can help you with your special requests. With over 50 years of experience designing awards, we have developed many sources not shown on our website. Give us a call, or send an email with details of what you would like, and let our experience work for you to find the item you want.
