FAQ
How quickly can I get an award?
Our standard production time is five working days - allow additional time for shipping from Atlanta. But when that is not fast enough, we have you covered. We offer a fast service line of awards that we keep in inventory for rush service. In most cases, there is no additional charge; just let us know when you need your item(s), and we will work with you to make it happen.
What can I send for artwork?
Logo files should be high resolution .jpg, .eps, .png or .pdf files. A good test is to print out a copy of your file and see if it is crisp and clear, or blurry and choppy. Our artists are experts and can work with low resolution images to improve the print quality. If any artwork charges are required, we will contact you in advance to let you know.
Do you provide artwork proofs?
We provide artwork proofs for NEW Awards, Badges*, Gift Items, and Office Signs.
Our art department will email you a layout proof by the next business day.
Production will not begin until we have your approval of the artwork.
*We do not send email proofs on repeat orders for name badges. The badges are made from the original template and we guarantee correct spelling, so to streamline the process, repeat badges are sent out without email proofs.
Do I have to order online?
No, you are welcome to browse our products and then reach out to us via email or phone. We welcome the opportunity to serve you either online, in-person, or via email.
What if I don't see what I am looking for?
Chances are we can help you with your special requests. With over 50 years of experience designing awards, we have developed many sources not shown on our website. Give us a call, or send an email with details of what you would like, and let our experience work for you to find the item you want.
