Artwork Guidelines

➤ logo requirements

High resolution vector graphics are the best option. This can be an .eps, .tif, or .pdf file.
The logo should look clean and clear when you print it with your office printer. Some images look good on your computer screen - but they are low-res files (72 dpi) that are fuzzy and blurred when your print them.

If this makes no sense to you, don't worry - we are graphic design experts and we can work with a variety of formats, if you are unsure, send us what you have and we will let you know if we can make it work. However, we cannot use any PC only documents such as .pub files.

➤ Standard Material Colors

For Plaques, our standard materials are Brushed Silver, and Brushed Gold alumimum or Black Aluminum (silver letters) or Black Brass (gold letters). For Badges and Signs, or standard materials or White, Brushed Gold Plastic, Brushed Silver Plastic with Black Letters.

➤ Custom Material Colors

Custom material colors are available upon request. Several colors are available without any additional charge. Special orders require a minimum order, contact your sales representative for assistance.

➤ Typography

Our graphic artists design for you based on our layout standards as well as what we preceive your company image to be (traditional, modern, etc.) If you have a special design or font request, we require you provide the font or email us your layout with all text converted to paths. Contact your customer sales representative for assistance.

You placed an order, now what?

1. We email you an Order Acknowedgement

Once we have reviewed your order we send it to production and email you a detailed order acknowledgement. You can see the items, prices, and estimated delivery date. If you have any questions - just reply back to the acknowledgement and we will respond to your concerns right away.

2. Artwork proofs

Most items will receive an artwork proof via email within 2 business days of your order. Standard items such as repeat badge orders or stock layout products do not receive an artwork proof since they are following a preapproved standard layout. Please review the artwork proofs carefully - word by word. Make sure there are no spelling errors and the layout meets your approval. Once you have checked the proof, reply with your approval to accept the product as is, or reply with a list of required changes. A second proof will be provided at no charge, additional proofs beyond that are subject to additional charges which will be communicate at the item if necessary.

Our awards are priced complete including personalization with your text and logo/graphic.

➤ Order online or via Email

For small orders, ordering online is simple and convenient, but if you are ordering a large program with several award styles, or a large volume of awards, sending the information by email is a much better option. Orders can be emailed to - please make sure to include the item and personalizaiton istructions as well as your delivery specifications.

➤ Damaged Products or Spelling Errors

Please review your order immediately upon receipt. If there are any damages to the shipping container or spelling errors, contact customer service. If we made a spelling error, we will send a corrected item at no charge. If you made the error, then you must order a replacement item. Errors not reported after two weeks are no longer remade at no charge.
